Designing for People, Built for Production
The client approached Design Elevation with a fast-paced project: design a package handling solution that prioritized ergonomics, durability, and efficient manufacturing. The product needed to withstand tough industrial environments, look polished and professional, and accommodate a range of users—all on an accelerated timeline.
We kicked off with handmade mockups to evaluate grip, motion, and user comfort. Then we moved to 3D-printed prototypes, making rapid adjustments based on real-world interaction and feedback.
The result:
- Multiple sizes for better ergonomics across users
- A modular design to reduce mold cost and inventory complexity
- Production-ready files delivered on an accelerated timeline
