Industrial Design Professional experienced with designing a wide range of products for many industries including medical, consumer products, commercial and industrial equipment, transportation and fitness.
Founder and Lead Designer
Patrick Monahan is an experienced industrial designer with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design and advanced studies in The History of Technology.
He began his career in New Product Development in 1998 as a Prototype Model Maker. He worked in the Exhibits Department at The Children’s Museum of Denver, as well as an Industrial Designer at Mine Safety Appliance (MSA) Karcher North America before starting PM Product Development in 2009.
He has taught in the Industrial Design departments at the Metro State University of Denver and The Art Institute of Colorado. Patrick is the Chair of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA).
