Services
Design Research & Innovation
Product definition includes observation-based research and close collaboration to clarify user needs and identify meaningful opportunities for innovation. Clear specifications align stakeholders and establish design intent, reducing rework throughout development.
Concept Exploration
Concept exploration emphasizes structured iteration to explore and compare design approaches while evaluating usability, user acceptance, and functional viability. Multiple directions are assessed before significant time and cost are committed to a single path.
Parametric CAD & Digital Design
SolidWorks and Fusion 360 are used to develop precise geometry with attention to advanced surface modeling, dimensional tolerancing, and design-for-manufacturing considerations. Digital models are built to support engineering collaboration and production readiness.
Prototyping
Prototyping supports evaluation and refinement throughout development. In-house fabrication, 3D printing, and coordination with external vendors are used as appropriate to validate form, fit, and function.
Materials & Manufacturing Processes
Design experience spans injection molding, rotational molding, extrusion, thermoforming, pultrusion, machining, and sheet metal fabrication. Material and process decisions are integrated early to ensure feasibility, cost awareness, and production alignment.
