Parametric CAD & Digital Design

SolidWorks and Fusion 360 are used to develop precise geometry with attention to advanced surface modeling, dimensional tolerancing, and design-for-manufacturing considerations. Digital models are built to support engineering collaboration and production readiness.

Prototyping

Prototyping supports evaluation and refinement throughout development. In-house fabrication, 3D printing, and coordination with external vendors are used as appropriate to validate form, fit, and function.

Materials & Manufacturing Processes
